This study tries to examine a model involving human resources management practices, employees’ outcomes, governmental support, and organizational performance of small businesses in Malaysia. It was hypothesized that HRM practices will be positively related to the organizational performance (financial and operational), and that employees’ outcomes would serve as a mediator in the relationship between HRM practices and performance. This paper introduces an innovative method for image encryption called "Two-Fold Cryptography," which leverages the Henon map in a dual-layer encryption framework. By applying two distinct encryption processes, this approach offers enhanced security for images. Key parameters generated by the Henon map dynamically shape both stages of encryption, creating a sophisticated and robust security system. The findings reveal that Two-Fold Cryptography provides a notable improvement in image protection, outperforming traditional single-layer encryption techniques.

This research investigates the engagement of the Iraqi audience with ethnographic programs and their impact on knowledge enhancement and intellectual perspectives. A questionnaire consisting of closed-ended questions was designed and administered to a purposive sample of 400 participants who exclusively follow ethnographic programs and documentary channels. The data were transcribed and subjected to statistical analysis using the SPSS software to ensure reliability and test hypotheses. The findings revealed that Al Jazeera Documentary Channel had the highest viewership percentage among respondents for ethnographic programs, while DW (Deutsche Welle) had the lowest viewership percentage.
