From this research ,it can be concluded  that Ibn al-Jawzi touch on the subject of dreams , dignities and paranormal part of his curriculum, which he ontinued on his book, as it is an important part of the elements of translation, we find first special attention and promise of things recognized when responding with them in most of the cases in which they received, including proximity He pointed out to an important point through dreams, dignities.

Heavy metal (HM) pollution has long been a significant source of environmental deterioration and a problem for the safety of food. Iraqis prefer rice over any other food, and since heavy metals have a direct impact on health, their traces in rice have drawn particular attention. The purpose of this research is to recognize the relationship between the dimensions of  banking service quality and customer's satisfaction , through customer's evaluation of the level of service quality offered to them by Al – Rasheed bank.
