The current study is concerned with presenting a descriptive study of the history of the city of Astrabath in the sixth century AH. The problem that the research tried to answer is represented in the investigation of historical news, and the study of the most prominent cultural aspects which characterizing that city. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة التعرف على اثر كل من عرض النقود وسعر الصرف على معدل التضخم في الاقتصاد الليبي خلال الفترة 1990-2008. ولتحقيق ذلك فقد تم اختيار الرقم القياسي لأسعار المستهلك ليمثل معدل التضخم، وعرض النقود بالمفهوم الواسع  ممثلا لعرض النقود، وسعر صرف الدينار الليبي مقابل الدولار الأمريكي ممثلا لسعر الصرف وقد أخضعت المتغيرات لاختبار السكون والذي تشير نتائجه إلى أن التضخم وعرض النقود وسعر الصرف

تعد الرمانسية ثورة فنية وسياسية والجتماعية وايدلوجية ذات أهمية كبيرة، وقد احتلت جزءاً من القرن التاسع عشر وجزءاً أكبر من القرن العشرين في أوربا وبقية العالم، ومازالت تظهر ملامحها في كثير من الاعمال الادبية حتى الآن، مثل الحرية والفردية والديمقراطية والوطنية  وكثير من الامور.

Abstract:

The great expansion of teaching skills requires finding ways and methods to help teachers acquire experiences of all kinds. The researcher found in the subject of the teaching skills for teachers in public and private schools a fertile field for conducting a study that enables the measurement of these skills. Thus, the study aims to identify the skills of teaching lessons for teachers, the difference in teaching lesson skills for teachers according to the years of service, the differences in teaching lesson skills for teachers according to the specialized teachers and non-specialized teachers, the differences in teaching lesson skills for teachers according to the public and private school. The
