Vatan ve hürriyet aşkının ilk ve en Kuvvetli örneklerinden Türkmen topraklarında yetişen yüzlerce Şairlerden biri Hıdır Lütfü’dür. Düşmana yar, öz evladına ağyar, yumuşak tabiatlı, yardımı ve milletini seven bir insandır. Şairin duygusu her dem yükseklere yücelirdi.
