ملخـــص البحــــث

البنوك بشكل عام من المؤسسات الضرورية التي لا تستغني عنها دولة أو مجتمع، لكن علميات البنوك التي تقوم على الاقتراض والإقراض بفائدة هي التي تتعارض مع المبادئ الرئيسة للشريعة الإسلامية، وهي التي تخلق مشاكل عويصة للمسلم الملتزم بأحكام الشرع.

ومن المؤسف حقاً أنه علاوة على وجود عدد لا بأس به من البنوك الملتزمة بالشريعة الإسلامية، لايزال كثير من الناس يستسيغون

 The organizations recognize what the effective role of time management in achieving competitive advantage and success. But the effectiveness depends on integrating some organization actions which perspective are relating with it by significance relations and high affect. From this the research problem is arising، which descripe the recognizing of libraries managers for the role of some organizational actions. The samples from (40) libraries managers are chosen.

The major results: these organizational actions are related and affected on the time management  if integrated with  one anothers more than if related in separate.  &nbs

The two terms"of fective intelligece and organizational intelligence" is it is the emotional intelligency and organizational intelligency"are considered as one of the contemporany terms which the various organizations started to function them in their activities to in crease their efficiency.

This study aims at examining those two terms and the possibility of their functioning them in one of the general organizations and the questionnaire is used as atool to gather information that are distributed on asample consists of (50)employees and selected randomly from various organizationl levels.

 ان دراسة مستقبل النظام الدولي حاليا يبدو انه وفق المعطيات العلمية والوقائع القائمة في ظل بروز الفواعل الدولية من غير الدول، والمؤسسات غير الرسمية الدولية انه يتجه لنظام اللاقطبية وهذا الاتجاه تغذيه متغيرات عديدة لتقليص القطبية، ومن المتوقع مستقبلاً ان تحول النظام الدولي الى اللاقطبية.
