هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على مدى فاعلية المعلمين في تطبيق نموذج بنائي في تدريس مادة العلوم للصف الثاني الأساسي . وقد استخدمت استراتيجيات نوعية في جمع البيانات وتحليلها . وأوضحت نتائج الدراسة ان المعلمين تقربوا أكثر إلى السلوك البنائي , وابدوا رغبة في استخدام استراتيجيات بنائية في تدريسهم للعلوم . واختتمت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات .

The aims of this study are to explore the commercial artifacts in the following three kinds of vegetables oils, Nigella Sativa, Trigonella foenum-graecum Linn,and Zingiber officinale. This study aimed to evaluate the occurrence of microbial contamination in food keeping freezers in some local markets in Baghdad city/ Iraq, as well as the contamination of the hands of workers in markets, and the possibility of contamination caused by the transport of food. 30 samples of snow ice found in food keeping freezers in local markets was randomly collected, and 30 swabs from workers hands were taken from the same markets at the same time. The study was carried out to study the quality of 7 samples of imported frozen chicken that are available in locally markets. These samples were collected from Baghdad markets in June 2010. The results were showed that the all samples were not content the name of company and batch number one the labeling, while the microbial test refer to found contamination in all samples, but it in the limited of Iraqi standers specification for frozen chicken, also note Staphylococcus aureus in all samples, the samples C1 and C2 have Salmonella ohio, while not observe Coliform bacteria in all samples.
