      Büyük dil bilgini Kaşgarlı Mahmud’un Divan-ı Lugat-it Türk isimli muazzam eseri, 1910’a kadar adı bilinen, fakat kendisi meçhul bir eserdi. Diğer bir deyişle, o zamana değin, eserin sadece adı vardı, fakat kendisi ortada yoktu. Eser, bugün bütün dünyada biliniyor, hakkında kitap, makale yazılıyor ve üzerinde tartışmalar yapılıyorsa, bunu büyük kitap aşığı, ilim ve kültür sevdalısı Ali Emiri Efendi’ye borçluyuz. Ali Emiri Efendi, Abbasi Halifesine sunulmak üzere Bağdat’ta 1072-1074 yıllarında Kaşgarlı Mahmud tarafından yazılan bu muhteşem eseri, sahaflarda Divan-ı Lugat-it Türk olduğu bilinmeden satılı

In this study, the stress-strength model R = P(Y < X < Z)  is discussed as an important parts of reliability system by assuming that the random variables follow Invers Rayleigh Distribution. Some traditional estimation methods are used    to estimate the parameters  namely; Maximum Likelihood, Moment method, and Uniformly Minimum Variance Unbiased estimator and Shrinkage estimator using three types of shrinkage weight factors. As well as, Monte Carlo simulation are used to compare the estimation methods based on mean squared error criteria.  

This research paper is about synoptic climate specifically with in the upper air layers
using upper air layers maps analysis which are maps of thickness for the level 1000 – 500
MB, that their high average ranges between 100 – 5600 M above surface. This research paper

towards south with an average of 100 M as compared with north of Iraq. Regarding the

Content-based image retrieval has been keenly developed in numerous fields. This provides more active management and retrieval of images than the keyword-based method. So the content based image retrieval becomes one of the liveliest researches in the past few years. In a given set of objects, the retrieval of information suggests solutions to search for those in response to a particular description. The set of objects which can be considered are documents, images, videos, or sounds. This paper proposes a method to retrieve a multi-view face from a large face database according to color and texture attributes. Some of the features used for retrieval are color attributes such as the mean, the variance, and the color image's bitmap. In add
