الخلاصة Bahraini Parliamentary Elections and their Impact on the Popular Uprising) Bahrain has a distinguished constitutional and parliamentary experience, which distinct it from the other Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. Its experience in this area is the second after the experience of Kuwait to establish a system of government based on modern constitutional principles. As the government presented the Constitution to the Constituent Assembly elected by people and approved in 09/06/1973. After that, it witnessed the birth of the first parliament elected by the people in 1973, but the experiment did not last long and the parliament dissolved by Prince, and didn’t determine the period of the return of the working with the terms of the Constitution governing the functioning of the legislative process in Bahrain. Since 1975, the date of the dissolution of the National Bahrain council, Bahrain witnessed a wave of protests and sit-ins condemning its policy of rejecting the modus of the government, which did not subside even after trying to find specific Council appointed by the Prince, who has the Advisory power. The events of disagreement and dissatisfaction continued by some opponents parties and personalities, which always demand the return of the 1973 Constitution, despite reforms initiated by Sheikh (Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa) in 2000, and using the National Action Charter, which some counted it as a positive step followed by other steps, that distinguished Bahrain from its neighboring Gulf countries. As a result, Bahrain has witnessed the return of the legislative elections in 2002, despite the county of the political associations which has weight in the representation of Bahrain’s street as well as some opponents figures, who tried to use any opportunity to reject and try to make their voice reach all platforms and religious media, or try to send petitions to the king himself to respond to their demands. The government's reaction about this was; indifference and tried to silence the voice of opposition by arrests or by putting the responsibility on the outside parties for all these protests and sit-ins. When these opponents parties entered the legislative elections in 2010/2006, they got a large percentage of the vote that enabled them to prove their power in the political domain. The government tries in different ways to keep equilibrium between them and the number of these parties. In the other way the government could not deny the existence or the actions of these parties, the Bahraini government must put in consideration the opponents’ popularity before doing a particular deed against them, especially as we witnessed a wave of protests and sit-ins in many Arab cities demanding change and reform. Some of these cities succeed in changing regimes as in the case of Egypt, Tunisia, Libya, and Yemen. Bahrain government should learn from all of this, and complete what it started in the field of reform and change, and not limit itself to change from the republic to the Kingdom. The change should be comprehensive and effective particularly with regard to the performance of the legislature power and the involvement of all classes of people in the process of political decision-making and improve the conditions of the poor people
Iraq has seen many changes at the social, economic and political levels. This led to cause many shifts in the structure of its society and imposed great challenges reflected in the behavior and awareness of that society in general and youth in particular.
Those changes made the Iraqi society undergoing the transformation of value and culture aspects formed a political awareness that caused cultural and political diversity within the family and society. A greater openness to the outside world caused by the communication revolution, as the world has witnessed during the past two decades, has helped in making that change. Iraq had its share of media and political openness, which were included after the US occupation in 2003. As a re

Moreover, natural products are easily obtained and are relatively safe the Royal jelly (RJ) is one of them. The current study was carried to evaluate the effects of pregabalin (PGB) on physiological activity of sperms, reproductive hormones assay and some biochemical analysis. Forty (40) male albino rats (10-weeks-old) were divided into four groups (10 rats each): G1 (treated with PGB drug, 150 mg/kg B.wt (Lyrica-Pfizer-Pharmaceutical Industries), G2 (treated with RJ 1g/kg), G3 (treated with PGB drug and RJ together), and G4 control treated with norma
Biodiesel production from microalgae depends on the biomass and lipid production. Both biomass and lipid accumulation is controlled by several factors. The effect of various culture media (BG11, BBM, and Urea), nutrients stress [nitrogen (N), phosphorous (P), magnesium (Mg) and carbonate (CO3)] and gamma (γ) radiation on the growth and lipid accumulation of Dictyochloropsis splendida were investigated. The highest biomass and lipid yield of D. splendida were achieved on BG11 medium. Cultivation of D. splendida in a medium containing 3000 mg L−1 N, or 160 mg L−1 P, or 113 mg L−1 Mg, or 20 mg L-1 CO3, led to enhanced growth rate. While u

However, it is highly sensitive to effective parameter deposition values such as pH, temperature, and so on. The pH value of the reaction solution has a direct impact on both the nucleation and growth rate of the film. Consequently, this study presents a novel investigation into the effect of a precise change. in the pH reaction solution value on the structural, morphological, and photoresponse characteristics of tin monosulphide (SnS) films. The films were grown on a flexible polyester substrate with pH values of 7.1, 7.4, and 7.7. The X-ray diffraction patterns of the grown films at pH 7.1 and 7.4 confirmed

The study was conducted on a cohort of 95 RA Iraqi patients. Based on their treatment response, the cohort was divided into two groups: the responder (47 patients) and the nonresponder (48 patients), identified after at least three months of methotrexate (MTX) treatment. A polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR–RFLP) technique was employed to analyze the MTHFR variations, specifically at rs1801133 and rs1801131. Overall, rs1801131 followed both codominant and dominate models, in which in
Background: Osteoporosis is a systemic skeletal disorder that has an impact on general health, dental health and salivary composition. The mineralization of teeth happens simultaneously with that of the skeleton, but if mineral metabolism is disrupted, tooth failures will resemble those that affect bone tissue. Vitamin D plays a key role in bone and tooth mineralization.
Objective: to evaluate the impact of osteoporosis on teeth decay in relation to salivary vitamin D among menopause in Baghdad city.
Subjects and Methods: This study was cross sectional study. The study group consists of

While peripheral fatigue’s effects on motor output are well documented, the neurophysiological markers of mental fatigue and their impact on in-game decision making remain underexplored. Objective: To determine how EEG-derived central fatigue indices—frontal theta power and the theta/alpha ratio—relate to tactical decision accuracy and speed in elite football players. Methodology: Twenty male national-level footballers (age 22.4 ± 2.1 years; ≥ 5 years’ experience) completed the Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test Level 1 while wearing an 8-channel dry-electrode frontal EEG headset.
