These structural elements are normally subjected to static, dynamic and fatigue loadings during their life-time. The current study was designed to explore the association between the pigments production and biofilm construction in local Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates. Thirty-six females were enrolled, eighteen type 2 diabetes and eighteen apparently healthy. These two groups were matched for age and body mass index BMI.
