Background: Coronary artery disease (CAD) is one of the leading causes of death worldwide. Clopidogrel, antiplatelet drug, has been widely used for management of CAD. Arylesterase, the activity of Paraoxonase-1 (PON-1), is mainly contributed in the biotransformation of clopidogrel to its active thiol form. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of receiving clopidogrel drug on the arylesterase activities in CAD patients. The effect of receiving clopidogrel drug on the antioxidant activity of arylesterase was also monitored by determination of malondialdehyde (MDA) level. The research aimed to identify the effectiveness of instructional design according to whole brain theory of Herman in the achievement of chemistry at the fifth scientific students at a secondary school of the General Directorate for Educational in Diyala / Baladruz in Iraq. Who had a great role in the flourishing of scientific life through his scientific activity, as he worked as a teacher for thirty years in its regular school, in addition to his work in rhetoric, preaching and scientific circles, in addition to his many books in various sciences, as he did not specialize in one science only, but rather collected all the sciences of his time and excelled in them. He enriched the Arab and Islamic library with it.
