         Over the last few decades, many instructors have been trying all kinds of teaching methods, but without benefit. Nevertheless, in the 1986, a new technique is appeared which called K-W-L technique, it  is specified for reading comprehension passages because reading  skill is not easy matter for students for specific purposes (ESP).therefore, the K-W-L technique is a good one for thinking and experiences. To fulfill the aims and verify the hypothesis which reads as follows" it is hypothesized that there are no significant differences between the achievements of students who are taught according to K-W-L technique and those who are taught according to the traditional method

The primary aim of the present study was to prepare a set of exercises on the multi-resistor VertiMax device and to identify the effect of these exercises on the development of the endurance of discus throwers under 16 years old. The design of the present study was experimental. Participants were selected using purposive sampling method. A total of 5 discuss players constituted the sample of the study. The authors found a significant improvement in the levels of endurance and performance as a result of the training on the VertiMax device. Therefore, it is recommendable to use exercises on the VertiMax device to improve the endurance and performance of under 16-years of age discus throwers.

The aim of this study was to Identifying The Effect of using Linear programming and Branching programming by computer in Learning and Retention of movement concatenation(Linkwork) in parallel bars in Artistic Gymnastics. The searchers have used the experimental method. The search subject of this article has been taken (30) male - students in the second class from the College of Physical Education/University of Baghdad divided into three groups; the first group applied linear programming by computer, and the second group has been applicated branching programming by computer, while precision group used traditional method in the college. The researchers concluded the results by using the statistical bag for social sciences (spss) such as both
