Oral carcinoma is the 6th most common cancer in the world. MicroRNAs are small non-coding single stranded RNAs. They have been shown to be capable of altering mRNA expression; thus some are oncogenic or tumor suppressive in nature. The salivary microRNA-31 has been proposed as a sensitive marker for oral malignancy since it was abundant in saliva more than in plasma. A total of 55 whole saliva samples were collected from 35 cases diagnosed with OC their ages and gender matched with 20 healthy subjects. TaqManq RT-PCR was performed for RNA samples. Forty eight isolates (41.02%) were obtained from 117 wound and burn samples. The isolates that showed high resistance for both antibiotic was two only that represent 4,1% from all isolates.  The paper exposes a discourse taxonomy of language clichéd units in English and Russian, and presents some definitions of what is a cliché as being a semioticform of perceiving language and discourse. Also, it deals with language clichés as being units of structure reflecting a scheme of stereotypical situations of dialogue, whether among individuals of one culture, or in relation to cross-cultural communication. The paper proposes a taxonomy of units in language clichés in English and Russian by tackling clichés of daily use, such as professional, cultural, artistic, and scientific clichés.

The concept of Cech fuzzy soft bi-closure space ( ˇ Cfs bi-csp) ( ˇ U, L1, L2, S) is initiated and studied by the authors in [6]. The notion of pairwise fuzzy soft separated sets in Cfs bi-csp is defined in this study, and various features of ˇ this notion are proved. Then, we introduce and investigate the concept of connectedness in both Cfs bi-csps and its ˇ associated fuzzy soft bitopological spaces utilizing the concept of pairwise fuzzy soft separated sets. Furthermore, the concept of pairwise feebly connected is introduced, and the relationship between pairwise connected and pairwise feebly connected is discussed. Finally, we provide various instances to further explain our findings.
