Nine new compounds of 2-amino-5-chlorobenzothiazole derivatives were synthesized. These new compounds were formed through the reaction of 2-amino-5-chlorobenzothiazole 1 with ethyl chloroacetate and KOH, which gave an ester derivative 2, followed by refluxing compound 2 with hydrazine hydrate to afford hydrazide derivative 3. The reaction of compound 3 with CS₂ and KOH gave 1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-thiol derivative 4, and then the reaction of compound 2 with thiosemicarbazide to produce compound 5  then treated it with 4%NaOH led to ring closure to provide 1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol derivative

     Ten new thiourea derivatives 1-10 were prepared in this work using a two-step process that involved reacting 4-methoxybenzoyl chloride with KSCN to afford 4-methoxybenzoyl isothiocyanate.     In this study the as-deposited and heat treated at 423K of conductive blend graphene oxide (GO)/ poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) thin films was prepared with different PEDOT:PSS concentration (0, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75 and 1)w/w on pre-cleaned glass substrate by spin coater. New Azo compounds containing an 1,8-naphthalimide moiety were synthesized from 1, 8-naphthalic anhydride by a reaction with p-phenylenediamine or benzidine to produce 1,8-naphthalimide derivatives (1 or 2), which were converted to diazonium salt derivatives by using sodium nitrite and acetic acid at 0-5 áµ’C.
