Is a day or series of days celebrated by Jews for religious or worldly important event in Jewish history as an occasion in Hebrew is called Eid יום טוב good day or good or חג תענית celebrate the festival or celebration. Most of the Jewish holidays are of a religious nature, and there is a worldly character with festivals such as the Festival of Lights חג החנוכה the holiday of Purim and the holidays, although a religious appearance, but she celebration in mundane aspects of the history and traditions of the Jewish occasions. Mass over the holidays when Jews are those mentioned in the Bible in my Leviticus and Deuteronomy. And some holidays established by rabbis in the vicinity of the ancient period of Jewish history, and the modern holiday was established in the modern era.
The present study aims at knowing the reasons of the student of secondary school abstention from participation in the theatrical activity, and to know the reasons that resulted in this abstention. In addition to that, the study aims at knowing the differences according to variables (gender, scholastic stage, and major of study). This dissertation studies the application of equivalence theory developed by Mona Baker in translating Persian to Arabic. Among various translation methodologies, Mona Baker’s bottom-up equivalency approach is unique in several ways. Baker’s translation approach is a multistep process. It starts with studying the smallest linguistic unit, “the word”, and then evolves above the level of words leading to the translation of the entire text. Equivalence at the word level, i.e., word for word method, is the core point of Baker’s approach.
