A novel series of mixed-ligand complexes of the type, [ML1(L2)3]Clx [M= Cr(III), Fe(III), Co(II),Ni(II), Cu(II), Cd(II) and Hg(II), n = 2, 3], was synthesized using Schiff base (HL1) as main ligand, nicotinamide (L2) as secondary ligand, and the corresponding metal ions in 1:3:1 molar ratio. All foreign language teachers highlight the difficulties students face during learning. The aim of this work is to explain the most complex problems of teaching foreign language grammar to Spanish language students at the University of Baghdad. Its methodology is based on an assessment of a group of intermediate-level students in the Faculty of Languages ​​at the University of Baghdad. Furthermore, the responses are analyzed, and the errors are described. We conclude that the best method for teaching the passive voice to students is based on an analysis from syntactic and morphological perspectives. Semi-parametric models analysis is one of the most interesting subjects in recent studies due to give an efficient model estimation. The problem when the response variable has one of two values either 0 ( no response) or one – with response which is called the logistic regression model.

We compare two methods Bayesian and . Then the results were compared using MSe criteria.

A simulation had been used to study the empirical behavior for the Logistic model , with  different sample sizes and variances. The results using represent that the Bayesian method is better than the   at small samples sizes.

Recognizing speech emotions is an important subject in pattern recognition. This work is about studying the effect of extracting the minimum possible number of features on the speech emotion recognition (SER) system. In this paper, three experiments performed to reach the best way that gives good accuracy. The first one extracting only three features: zero crossing rate (ZCR), mean, and standard deviation (SD) from emotional speech samples, the second one extracting only the first 12 Mel frequency cepstral coefficient (MFCC) features, and the last experiment applying feature fusion between the mentioned features.
