The present study is carried out to identify the algae in the groundwater of the three areas of Tikrit city, including (the center of Tikrit , the region of AL-Jazira , Awainat village) by nine wells, a depths ranged between 9 meter at well 8 and 110 meter at wells 3 and 5 . And examined the environmental characteristics of physical, chemical and biological factors during the study period from September 2009 to June 2010. In this paper, experimental study has been done for temperature distribution in space conditioned with Ventilation Hollow Core Slab (TermoDeck) system. The experiments were carried out on a model room with dimensions of (1m 1.2m 1m) that was built according to a suitable scale factor of (1/4). The temperature distributions was measured by 59 thermocouples fixed in several locations in the test room. Two cases were considered in this work,  the first one during unoccupied period at night time (without external load) and the other at day period with external load of 800W/m² according to solar heat gain calculations during summer season in Iraq. In MBS- glucose medium, significant growth delay was induced by 8 ug/ml of terramycin (oxytetracycline- polymyxin B) and bactrim (trimethoprim-sulphamethoxazole), and by 16 ug/ml of refocin, lincomycin, and chloramphenicol. Rapid growth inhibition was induced by 32 ug/ml of all an- tibiotic tested separately. Significant inactivation of up to 64 ug/ml of licomycin and bactrim was in- duced by the addition of vamin at a concentration of 1:20 v/v of the medium. The stretch of the Euphrates River extended from Haditha dam to the city of Heet in Al-Anbar Governorate and it is estimated to be 124.4 km.
