This paper aimed at specifying the leading obstacles which faced by Iraqi EFL secondary school teachers in teaching English language. According to studies and observations, lack of adequate materials, overcrowding classrooms, lack of infrastructures, and low job satisfaction are the main barriers to English language teaching in Iraq. Data were collected from 130 EFL teachers from Iraqi schools through a standard questionnaire. The data were analyzed using a descriptive statistic to summarize and present it in a meaningful way. The settlement rate and pore water pressure dissipation rate are mainly controlled by the permeability of soil. Both laboratory and field tests show that the permeability is varied during the loading and consolidation process. Rapid increase in the use of smart mobile phones and the proliferation of social media networking programs such as facebook, tweeter, whatsapp and viber etc. affects the learning attitude of second language. This research aims to investigate the effects of emoticons provided by Viber application on Iraqi students in context of vocabulary acquisition. 60 Iraqi students are randomly selected from X international school with the average of age 7 to 9 years.
