Using poetry in teaching Russian language in university of Baghdad / faculty of langu: Использование поэзии в процессе обучения русскому языку на кафедре русского языка факультета языков Багдадского университета

There are many methods of teaching foreign language to non-native speakers now therefore the discovery of new methods - which  make students understand the language , vocabulary & saves them as soon as possible – becomes one of  the most important duties of teachers and educators .

The personal experience shows that the teaching of the Russian language through memorizing    Russian poetry is   one of the fastest ways to master the language and know its rules and also    improve the   ability of translating vocabulary and being not able to  save the Russian words only  , but to make it complete too. Poetry is an article or text which loves by people and enjoy reading it,   therefore, using it to   teach foreign language has a positive reaction on students. As we mentioned it helps greatly to absorb the language.

A lot of professors and experts in teaching methods _ specialists in language teaching for foreign students in different grades _ use poetic texts in teaching a foreign language to avoid the boredom in teaching grammar and make it interesting.

Статья посвящена возможности использования в обучении русскому языку как иностранному Есть много методов обучения иностранному языку для не-носителей языка в настоящее время до открытия новых методов-которые делают студенты понимают язык, словарный запас и сохраняет их как можно скорее-становится одним из самых важных обязанностей учителей и преподавателей . Личный опыт показывает , что преподавание русского языка через поэзию русского языка является одним из самых быстрых способов овладеть языком и знать его правила, а также улучшить способность переводить словарный запас и быть не в состоянии сохранить только русские слова, но и сделать его полным.

Comparison between dome and wedge osteotomy in management of hallux valgus deformity

Background: the condition of hallux valgus is considered as the most common deformities affecting females more than males, characteristically manifested as lateral deviation of the big toe and widening of first and second inter -metatarsal angle with a deformity of second toe in some severe cases. Objective: to make a radiological and clinical assessment of two surgical methods of osteotomy used in treatment of hallux valgu and to compare between them: first one is the distal dome osteotomy, and second one is a distal wedge metatarsal osteotomy. Patients and methods: a total of 36 feet of 28 patients suffer from hallux valgus, with mean age of 50.3 years were included in this study, followed for 6- 30 months ( mean follow-up of 8.8 months).

The phenomenon of drugs in Iraq and its international and national impacts

Abstract Drug addiction is considered a criminal behavior, which led the Iraqi legislator to prohibit and criminalize it, imposing penalties on those who use or even approach it. This aims to limit its presence in Iraq and reduce unethical behaviors, leveraging the divine prohibition to curb it. Sonographic evaluation of masseter muscle thickness in bruxist and non-bruxist subjects

Morphometric Evaluation of Lips in Iraqi Subjects with its Possible Esthetic Benefits

Objectives: to assess the normal range of different lip parameters with gender difference and its role in esthetic procedures for Iraqi people. Methods: direct lip measurements were performed with closed lip position using a digital vernier caliper in 132 young Iraqi subjects (89 female and 43 male). Results: Lip measurements showed sexual dimorphism with higher value in men than women in six parameters. Cutaneous height of the upper lip was higher in both sexes. The mustache area in males was longer in males compared to females.  Also, it was noticed that upper lip vertical thickness had a higher value, especially in subjects with cosmetic procedures.
