The little Jean -Paul lives completely in a literary atmosphere . Because his grandfather Karl Schweitzer sanctifies the literature and men of letters who have left their fingerprints in the heart of human consciousness. Reading in The -28- words like seeing the experiences of others to benefitfrom it in the future. Writing is like choosing the roadin life without intervention of celeste or terrestrial ideologies. This study aims to identify the degree of Arabic language teachers at the secondary stage possessing the teaching competencies necessary to develop the skills of literary savor among their students from the perception of educational leaders in Bisha Province.
