هدف الدراسة : تشخيص واقع العلاقة بين تقلبات أسعار النفط العالمية وانعكاسها على اتجاهات الإنفاق الحكومي على الزراعة والصناعة.

توصلت الدراسة : من خلال اختبار التكامل المشترك(ARDL)تبين انه لايوجد تكامل مشترك بين المتغيرين ,اي لا يوجد  تاثير للمتغير المستقل(اسعار النفط) على المتغير التابع(الانفاق على القطاع الزراعي), وذلك من خلال قيمة F المحتسبة والتي بلغت(1.

 Improving speaking skills of Iraqi EFL students was the main purpose of the current research. Thirty EFL students were selected as the research participants for achieving this aim. All students completed the pretest and then spent the next 25 weeks meeting for 90 minutes each to present their nine lectures, answer difficult questions, and get feedback on their use of language in context. Progressive-tests, posttests and delayed post-tests followed every three courses. The article provides a comparative analysis of comparisons in Russian and Arabic, aimed at identifying their structural, typological, and functional-pragmatic features. The study is based on a systematic approach to the analysis of linguistic means of expressing comparisons in two differ- ent linguistic cultures. The article analyzes the main structural components of comparisons, their classification, and their cognitive and aesthetic functions. The results of the study demonstrate the deep cultural conditioning of comparative constructions and their important role in representing the specific features of the respective linguistic cultures.
