A pot experiment was conducted with beans plants which were grown in two types of soil for six weeks under controlled conditions. During the experiment period, the soil pore water was collected weekly and the concentrations of the test compounds in soil pore water as well as in plant organs (roots, stems and leaves) were weekly determined.

Abstract The study aims to evaluate antifungal activity of petroleum ether extracts from leaves and stems of Rosmarinus officinalis and root of Glycerrhiza glabra , against fungi Fusarium oxysporium , Aspergillus flavus and Penicillium expansum. A shape and scale parameters of the distribution have been estimated after removing the fuzziness that characterizes its data because they are triangular fuzzy numbers.
