המחקר הזה עוסק באחד מהסופרים העבריים שנחשבו בעלי־השפעה בתהליך הספרות
העברית החדשה על אף גילו הקצר ועל אף שהוא השאיר עזבון ספרותי מועט , אך עם זה דמותו עולה
לענינו גם מתוך כתביו המעטים כאילו הם טבועים בחותם, הסופר הזה הוא מרדכי זאב פיארברג.
במחקר זה טיפלנו בחייו של המספר הזה בקיצור וגם ביצירותיו באופן כללי, ובסימנים המאפינים
את גיבוריו, ובמיוחד גיבורו של הסיפור "לאן?" שהוא אכן גיבור פיארברגי מובהק והוא נתן לו אשר נתן אל
כל גיבוריו , הוא מצייר בו פיארברג עצמו ואת עולמו הפנימי שבו מתחוללות מלחמות פנימיות , עליונות
וירידות רוחניות, בו להט־הדת ממוזג עם התרפקות החיים החילוניים.
התשובה על השאלה "לאן?" שניתנת ביצירה זו היא )ארץ ישראל( והלך רוח זה הפך את היצירה
למרכזית אצל דור הציונים , כמו כן אצל כל הדורות . שאלתו הגדולה של פיארברג "לאן?" היתה שאלת
השאלות של כל הדורות , ומזה באתה חשיבותו של הסיפור הזה שעיינו בו ובחיי גיבורו והמל חמות
הפנימיות שסבל מהן גיבורו במחקרנו זה.
The current study was concerned to address these gaps in literature by identifying: first level and type of future visions among the next graduation student, second level and type of future visions among the sample according to gender (Male- Female), third level of the illegal immigration among the sample, fourth level of the illegal immigration according to gender (Male, Female), and finally the relationship between future visions and illegal immigration.
