A gracious invitation was extended to us on 9/11/2002 AD, by the University of Tikrit / the Preparatory Committee, for a symposium (Sheikh Daoud Al-Tikriti, and his Scientific Effects), to participate in it.
The symposium was scheduled to be held on the 25th and 26th of March 2003 AD, but God Almighty decreed that our country be occupied, so the Preparatory Committee set another date for the symposium on 10/21/2003 AD.

The aim of this study is to identify the effectiveness of a rational, emotional, behavioral program in developing self-efficacy to reduce the level of Burnout in 20 teachers of students with autism disorder in Jazan, Saudi Arabia. The proposed program included 12 training sessions. The researcher found that the proposed program has contributed significantly to the development of self-efficacy and reduce the level of Burnout for the targeted subject in this study.

A rapid high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of sphinganine (Sa) and sphingosine (So) in urine samples by employing a silica-based monolithic column is described. The samples were first extracted using ethyl acetate and derivatized using ortho-phthaldialdehyde in the presence of 2-mercaptoethanol. C20 sphinganine was used as internal standard. Under the optimized conditions, separation was achieved using a mixture of methanol:water (93:7, v/v), column temperature at 30°C, flow rate of 1 mL min−1, and an injection volume of 10 μL. This research aims to find a method to synthesize nanoparticles of important metals in the fields of medicine and electronics, with high purity small in size and narrow size distribution. And it characterized by simplicity, efficiency and high productivity. To achieve this aim the effects of laser irradiation on silver and copper colloids prepared by exploding wire technique in double distilled and deionized water (DDDW) have been studied. The laser irradiation was performed using laser radiation fluence about 4 J/cm2 at 532 nm wavelength. Additional irradiation of colloids resulted in the changes of particles morphology, which were monitored by absorption spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy methods. It was found that both
