Despite scholars’ attention on the typology of modality as a linguistic phenomenon, yet the use of modality across varieties of English is not well visible in communication-based researches that take semantics, pragmatics and discourse issues as the objects for their investigation. The paper generates its data from six M. A. dissertations from Nigerian University and equal number of the M. A. dissertations from Iraqi University to qualitatively and quantitatively investigate the contextual use of modality within the pragmatic perspective.     The company faces several obstacles and limitations in marketing the policies of this portfolio due to certain factors and influences beyond the control of the company and others internal mainly connected with the reduction of the marketing programmes of the company .

    The target of this study is  to focus the light  upon the interal factors which can be gorerned by the company,confronted and solved.

يهدف هذا البحث إلى تصميم ومكننة نظام متطور لتقويم جودة العملية التعليمية للجامعات العراقية، باعتماد مدخل الجودة، ومكننة نظام معلومات قادر على توفير البيانات بالخصائص المطلوبة التي يمكن الاستناد إليه في اجراء عملية التقويم على وفق النظام المقترح.

هدف البحث الى إعداد تمرينات تعليمية  بأسلوب التمرين المتغير واثره في تعلم مراحل فعالية الوثب العالي, واستخدمت الباحثون المنهج التجريبي على عينة من (20) طالبة في المرحلة الرابعة جامعة بغداد كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة للبنات شعبة ( ب), مقسمين الى مجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة , واستخدم الباحثون منهج تعليمي بأسلوب التمرين المتغير للمجموعة التجريبية لمدة (6 أسابيع) بواقع وحدتين تعليمية في الأسبوع , واستنتجت

The current researsh is aimed to pay attention on concept of human resources hard (Difficult) to manage. Such style of human resourcses has emerged to form anew challenge for busniess organizations.

Management such human resources entails first determing incentives of their behaviour models. Analyzing these models will be important to strategical management of them from work.

In nutshell, this researsh try to recommendation of contemporary literature about future of difficult (hard) human resources management.
