İlk çağlarda yaşayan insanların hayal dünyasını tanıtan masallar görünümünde olan destanlar‚ aslında‚ milleylerin tarih öncesi devirlerde başlayan kuruluşlarını‚ inanışlarını‚ erdemlerini‚ fikir ve sanatlarını anlatır.
Destanlar‚ kökü tarihe dayanan olayların, halk gözüyle görülen‚ halk ruhuyla duyulan masallaşmış görüntüleridir. Destanlarda milletlerin dinleri, türlü inanışları‚ Tanrı karşısındaki davranışları, yaşadıkları coğrafyanın özellikleri ile birleşmiş duyguları vardır.
Su köpüğünden yaratılmış‚ bir ağacın karnından doğmuş, ışık kümelerinin içinden çıkmış‚ fil kadar kuvvetli, güneş kadar güzel insanların maceralarını anlatan bu destanlar‚ aslında uzun manzum hikayelerdir.
Dünyaca ünlü destan metinlerini araştırarak hangi milletlere ait olduklarını tesbit edilmektedir.
Türk destanları, Türk edebiyatının önemli bir bölümünü oluşturmaktadır.Türk destanlarının ilk dönemine, İslamiyet Öncesi Türk destanları denilmektedır. Bu destanlar‚ Türklerin İslam dinine ve yerleşik hayata geçmeden önce, uzun süre içinde yaşadıkları atlı-göçebe medeniyetinin özelliklerini yanıstır.
The members of the family of Eentrobacteriaceae harbour a gene cluster called polyketide synthase (pks) island. This cluster is responsible for the synthesis of the genotoxin colibactin that might have an important role in the induction of double-strand DNA breaks, leading to promote human colorectal cancer (CRC). Eleven out of the eighty eight isolates (12.5%) were pks+, distributed as 7 (8%) isolates of E. coli, 2 (2.25%) of K. pneumoniae and 2 (2.25%) of E. aerogenes. This study identifies the contribution of some positive variables (happiness, optimism, and hope) to the level of psychological health in the practitioners of the nursing profession in Algeria, a total of (38) male and female nurses were employed as research sample. The researcher used a scale to measure happiness, optimism, hope, and psychological health. The results showed that the level of psychological health varies depending on the positive variables (happiness, optimism), as well as it depends on the variables of gender and professional Experience.

Diarrhea is a real disease in childhood which could cause death. Therefore, this study was conducted to isolate Salmonella from 350 stool samples taken from children under five years in age, suffering from diarrhea during the period from March 2019 to March 2020 in Tikrit city / Iraq.
