“El bilingüismo como fenómeno mundial”
Desde el ámbito lingüístico que define : ―Las lenguas son sistemas de símbolos diseñados para comunicación” ( 1 ) . Aparece la competencia lingüística ,es decir el bilingüismo es la capacidad de utilizar dos lenguas o más de forma alternativa y las personas implicadas se denominará bilingües, este fenómeno se extiende para comprender las comunidades lingüísticas, por eso la mayoría de los países del mundo son oficialmente bilingües o multilingües , en el sentido tiene dos o mάs lenguas nacionales o regionales oficialmente reconocidas .Algunos países forman ejemplos más destacados del bilingüismo como Άfrica ,Asia,Europa,Oceanía ( 2 )
,America. El propósito de este trabajo, es el despertar una conciencia 'bilingüe' ,para sensibilizar a los lectores sobre el campo del bilingüismo y de la educación bilingüe.
Legislative language is characterized by its complexity, specifically in the process of translating statutory terms from two quite different languages, and from totally two different legal systems as from Spanish into Arabic. The current study presents the cellar spiders genus Nita Huber & El-Hennawy, 2007 (Araneae, Pholcidae) as the first record for Iraq spider fauna, this genus represented by the species Nita elsaff Huber & El-Hennawy, 2007 were identified based on morphological characteristics and DNA sequence data. A short morphological description is also presented for cellar spiders listed in Iraq; including this species in addition to Artema Atlanta Walckenaer, 1837.

A la vez, damos una descripción detallada de sus rasgos morfosintácticos, léxico-semánticos y estilísticos. En ningún momento, pretendemos fijar unas pautas o normas para la traducción de este lenguaje que requiere unos previos conocimientos jurídicos y cierta preparación para proceder a realizar esta tarea. Nuestra intención es, simplemente, ofrecer al lector árabe una pequeña visión de lo difícil que es comprender los textos legales españoles hasta para los nativos para imaginarse las posibles dificultades a la hora de iniciar a traducirlos.
El interés de nuestra investigación se centra en lenguaje diplomático, el cual juega un papel crucial en las relaciones internacionales.
