“El bilingüismo como fenómeno mundial”
Desde el ámbito lingüístico que define : ―Las lenguas son sistemas de símbolos diseñados para comunicación” ( 1 ) . Aparece la competencia lingüística ,es decir el bilingüismo es la capacidad de utilizar dos lenguas o más de forma alternativa y las personas implicadas se denominará bilingües, este fenómeno se extiende para comprender las comunidades lingüísticas, por eso la mayoría de los países del mundo son oficialmente bilingües o multilingües , en el sentido tiene dos o mάs lenguas nacionales o regionales oficialmente reconocidas .Algunos países forman ejemplos más destacados del bilingüismo como Άfrica ,Asia,Europa,Oceanía ( 2 )
,America. El propósito de este trabajo, es el despertar una conciencia 'bilingüe' ,para sensibilizar a los lectores sobre el campo del bilingüismo y de la educación bilingüe.

Intermediate Schools EFL Teachers Evaluation of An In-ervice Training Programme on “Iraq Opportunities”

Training and retraining of teachers have become a central issue in Iraq recently especially in-service training of English teachers on the new curricula (Iraq opportunities). English teachers should be objectively evaluated and assessed.
A sample of (40) trained teachers of English is included in the study and a questionnaire is used as the main instrument of the study.
The main findings of the study were the following:
1. The trainees were serious in training on the new course (item 6) the programme helped increase their information (item 4) and motivate them towards better teaching (item 3). The aims of the programme were clear (item1). The programme helped develop their teaching skills (item 2) and was comprehensive (item 5).

In the article we consider features of official style, its functions and factors which influence the definition of the style. The topicality of the issue can be explained by rapid development of market economy which affects in its turn business correspondence. In this regard, there are a lot of cliché, terms and professionalisms appeared recently. Only correct usage of them can serve as a key to successful communication in Russian as well as other languages. This work highlights documents that are part of the diplomatic style such as declarations, credentials, notes, resolutions and other documents. The administrative style can include orders and instructions.
