Nanofiltration and reverse osmosis membranes are made from polyamide as spiral wound module. The inorganic materials ZnCl2, CuCl2.2H2O, NiCl2.6H2O and CrCl3.6H2O were used as feed solutions. A prospective study was conducted to investigate antibody against GAS in children patients and asymptomatic healthy carriers in serum samples with tonsillitis and compare antibody response (ASO) between patients and healthy carriers with tonsillitis.
Tonsillar swabs were obtained to detect the presence of GAS and blood samples were collected to determine elevated ASO titer in serum.
