The research aims to achieve proof of convergence between optimal costs and standard costs in calculating costs for the economic unit, support efforts aimed at adopting optimal costs in cost accounts and accounting thought in general, and achieve benefit from the theory of convergence between optimal costs and standard costs in the field of achieving actual costs in The economic unit in order to reduce and converge, and this came to address the possibility of adopting the concept of optimal costs in the production costs calculations for the purposes of rationalizing administrative decisions, and rationalizing the preparation of financial statements within management accounting.

This research shows the importance of Baghdad in the field of urban heritage and was demonstrated in the Ibn al-Fiqh al-Hamdani's book Baghdad the City of Peace in which he focused on many urban aspects and reviewing its historical importance by connecting them with modern events and the role they play in cultural and civilized construction which included: mosques, schools and markets etc. and the service providing institutions and other pillars of the Islamic cities through showing the development back then and its importance as an integral part of the urban and cultural heritage of the Islamic cities in general and Baghdad city in particular.

The study aims to identify the effectiveness of employing microteaching in acquiring teaching skills of students teaching basic stage in Al-Aqsa University. The two researchers used the experimental method and a quota sample consisted of a group of (80) students who were distributed on the university two branches in Gaza and Khan younis and on males and females equally, and on four teaching courses counted (20) students for each.   أن مسؤولية العلماء أئمة وخطباء، استاذة، ودعاة ووعاظاً، كبيرة جداً، وبالأخص في هذا الظرف القاحل الشاغل بالفساد الفكري مما أثر على الأمن الاجتماعي والوطني. فعليهم أن يستلموا مرة أخرى زمام الأمر وان يقوموا بدورهم الواجب عليهم، بغية الخروج من الأزمات بأقل ثمن.

  وهذه الوريقات ما هي الإ اشادة بموقف ودور أئمة المساجد والخطباء في عصرنا الحاضر .
