The study aims to identify the neurological perfectionism of talented girls with disabilities and do a case study for one of these girls. The sample of the study consisted of (11) female students at the university level, 5 females with disability and (6) normal female-students. The sample also included (19) secondary school female students in Tabuk region, including 10 students with visual disability and (9) normal students.      This research introduced the derivation of mathematical equations to calculate the Cartesian and geographical coordinates of a site situated at a far distance from the observer position by using GPS data. The geographical coordinates (Ï•obs., λ obs., hobs.) for observer position were transformed to Cartesian coordinates (X obs., Y obs., Z obs.) of observer position itself. Then the Cartesian coordinates of unknown position mathematically were calculated from these calculated equations, and its transformed to geographical coordinates of (Ï•unk., λunk.) position.
 

The transformation of a physical system to mathematical base is very important due to analysis of the systems behavior. In this paper an electric power system is considered, we design mathematical model for the determination of the increase in operational cost of transmission line from Haditha Dam substation to Qa'im substation . We derived relations which the approximate distance for VARS transmission must satisfy with considering minimum losses in the system.
