     In this present paper , a special model was built to govern the equations of  two dimensional peristaltic transport to nanofluid  flow of a heat source in a tapered  considered in an asymmetric channel. The equations of dimensionless temperature concentration are analytical solve under assumption slow Reynolds number and long wave length. Furthermore, the results that receive by expressing the maximum pressure rise  communicates increased in case of  non-Newtonian fluid when equated with Newtonian fluid. Echinococcosis is a zoonotic disease caused by the larval stage of the tapeworm Echinococcus granulosus. This disease is an important public health and a significant economic issue in Iraq, where the lungs and livers are the popular places of infection. This research aims to study the optical characteristics of semiconductor quantum dots (QDs) composed of CdTe and CdTe/CdSe core-shell structures. It utilizes the refluxed method to synthesize these nanoscale particles and aims to comprehend the growth process by monitoring their optical properties over varied periods of time and pH 12.
