The research aims to build a training program to develop the willpower in the kindergarten children. In order to achieve the objective of the research, the two researchers have developed a Training Program according to the following steps:

- Determining the general objective of the Training Program.

- Determining the behavioral objectives of the Training Program.

- Determining the content of the Training Program.

- Implementing the content of the Training Program sessions.

Some children are suffering from introversion in kindergartens , so it must be confront and obviated by specialists because it will inevitably lead to unsatisfactory results reflect negatively on the individual and the community together . The present study intends to trace The friendship in puple and the differences in this according to the variables of age and sex .
The study sample includes (200) puple in intermediate, and secondary schools in Baghdad in AL- Karkh .The sample is the age of whom is ranging from (13) to (15) years .
