To investigate the concentration and role of certain important elements in 30 patients women with breast cancer (without treatment, with treatment, and treated but recancer) by using statistical analysis. The serum concentration of some important elements (Mg, Cu, Zn, Cr, and Mn) of the patients with breast cancer, and (7) healthy control women it is found that: there is a significant increase in the concentration of (Mg, Zn, and Mn), but significant decrease in Cu concentration in all breast cancer patients compared with the healthy control. And significantly higher in Cr concentration in notreated and treated with recancer, but lower in treated patients as compared with healthy control.

The polycystic ovary syndrome is an endocrine condition. One of the leading causes of female infertility and the most common disorder among women. The work was being carried out on 100 Iraqi women (50 cases confirmed with PCOS and 50 controls). Between October 2019 and March 2020, blood samples were collected from the Advanced Institute of Infertility Diagnosis and Assisted Reproductive Technology at AL-Nahrain University and a private laboratory. ELISA was used to evaluate the biochemical parameters of preptin, FSH, insulin, LH, and CCL 18 in serum samples from the AFIAS-6 (AFIAS Automated Immunoassay System).    Effect of zinc chloride on the immune  functions was studied in male albino mice aged 6-7 weeks. It was administrated orally (1ml) in three concentrations (0.5ppm, 1ppm, 2ppm) for 9 days.         The results showed that the first concentration was not effective comparing with control while the second concentration increased the enhancement of immune system and the cell third one killed the mice 6 hours post administration, so we can conclude that the high dose of ZnCl2 could be harmful for all metabolism.
