Eyes of Optimism Look for Freedom in Langston Hughes' Selected Poems
...Show More Authors

The current study tackles how slavery and racial segregation, which have obviously made an enormous impact in the United States of America for many years, can be defeated through optimism. The study opens with an introduction that clarifies some background about Langston Hughes as a poet who writes against slavery and oppression done to the American Blacks during an era which was known for racial segregation in the United States of America. The poet sheds light , in his poetry, upon the role of African Americans in activating hope and optimism to get freedom which has been reached at the end. The first section of the study analyzes the meaning of slavery and segregation as reflected in some selected poems, showing the oppressive face of the Whites against the Blacks. The poems exhibit simplicity as the poet's main strategy to raise one of the most sensitive cases in history; that is slavery. The second section comes next where the poet works on instigating his people towards the necessity of keeping on optimism as the key that will lead to man's freedom . Finally , the conclusion that sums up Hughes' message of how African Americans must convey the optimistic view throughout the African American history for eternal freedom.

African Americans have suffered from racial discrimination for years as they have been used as slaves. They also have to face an inner migration from the South of America where they are used as workers in the farms which belong to the White owners , and to some blacks who managed to have prosperity at the expense of the poor Blacks. Poverty has dominated their life and most of them have become jobless , in addition to being uneducated. The poet writes his poems in time that literature , in general, and poetry , in particular, represent the spring from which the Blacks start their revolution against racism. He presents the African spirit of their ancestors who are known for their struggle and strife making their cause extend to include the next generations. Optimism and hope can be seen in these old spirits as a motivation for the present and the future as well. Hughes depends on some images that are taken from the Blacks' history with other images are seen in the present in order to build the future that the Blacks themselves look for ; the future of having freedom and equality. Being desperate is something dangerous and cannot lead to build up an optimistic generation in the African-American community. The poet's message is to run after the eye which looks at the optimistic spirit which put the reader in the position of evaluating the African-American history that celebrates the human strife in the past and the present by reminding his people of hope and optimism as the main source for their battle against racial discrimination.

Determination of Mebeverine – HCl Using 3, 5–Dinitrosalicylic Acid and Multiple Continuous Flow Cell That Works as a Solo Flow Cell with 4S×3 – 3D Analyzer
...Show More Authors

A new method, simple and sensitive was utilized in determining mebeverine – HCl (MB-HCl) (3, 4-Dimethoxy benzoic acid ethyl 2, 4 methoxy4-phenyl-1-methyl ethyl amino-butyl ester) in pure and pharmaceutical formulations via utilization this multiple continuous flow cell. The method is dependent on genesis for complex of ion pair(4-((3, 4-dimethoxybenzoyl) oxy)-N-ethyl-N-(1-(4-methoxyphenyl) propan-2-yl) butan-1-aminium-2-hydroxy-3,5- dinitrobenzoate) among mebeverine–HCl (MB-HCl) and 3,5-Dinitrosalicylic acid (3,5-DNSA) in ammonium acetate middle to configure a whiteish yellow precipitate compound via utilizing multiple continuous flow cell that works as a solo flow cell with 4S×3 – 3D analyzer. Pharmacokinetic Consideration to Formulate Sustained Release Drugs: Understanding the Controlled Drug Diffusion through the Body Compartment of the Systemic Circulation and Tissue Medium-A Caputo Model
...Show More Authors

The aim of this study is to provide an overview of various models to study drug diffusion for a sustained period into and within the human body. Emphasized the mathematical compartment models using fractional derivative (Caputo model) approach to investigate the change in sustained drug concentration in different compartments of the human body system through the oral route or the intravenous route. Law of mass action, first-order kinetics, and Fick's perfusion principle were used to develop mathematical compartment models representing sustained drug diffusion throughout the human body. To adequately predict the sustained drug diffusion into various compartments of the human body, consider fractional derivative (Caputo model) to investiga

The compound [L] was produced in the current study through the reaction of 4-aminoacetophenon with 4-methoxyaniline in the cold, concentrated HCl with 10% NaNO2. Curcumin, several transition metal complexes (Ni (II), La (III), and Hg (II)), and compound [L] were combined in EtOH to create new complexes. UV-vis spectroscopy, FTIR, AA, TGA-DSC, conductivity, chloride content, and elemental analysis (CHNS) were used to describe the structure of produced complexes. Biological activities against fungi, S. aureus (G+), Pseudomonas (G-), E. coli (G-), and Proteus (G-) were demonstrated using complexes. Depending on the outcomes of the aforementioned methods, octahedral formulas were given as the geometrical structures for each created comp

Diagnostic potential of salivary interleukin‐17, RANKL, and OPG to differentiate between periodontal health and disease and discriminate stable and unstable periodontitis: A case‐control study
...Show More Authors
Abstract
<title>Background and Aims

Limitations of the conventional diagnostic techniques urged researchers to seek novel methods to predict, diagnose, and monitor periodontal disease. Use of the biomarkers available in oral fluids could be a revolutionary surrogate for the manual probing/diagnostic radiograph. Several salivary biomarkers have the potential to accurately discriminate periodontal health and disease. This study aimed to determine the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of salivary interleukin (IL)‐17, receptor activator of nuclear factor‐κB ligand (RANKL), osteoprotegerin (OPG), RANKL/OPG for differentiating (1) periodontal health from disease and (2) stable a

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of local application of bisphosphonate gel and recombinant human bone morphogenic protein 2 gel, on titanium dental implant stability and marginal bone level. Twenty-seven patients with upper and lower missing posterior tooth/teeth were included in the study with a total of 71 implants that were used for rehabilitation. The implants were randomly divided into 4 groups: 3 study groups and 1 control. Group1; local application of bisphosphonate gel, group 2; local application of recombinant human bone morphogenic protein 2 gel, group 3; local application of a mixed formula of both gels. The gel application was immediately preimplant insertion, group 4; implant insertion without application of a
