The research aims at identifying the organizational performance of the kindergarten teachers and defines the educational environment of kindergarten children. They are divided into two groups: acetylcholinesterase (AChE) involved in the hydrolysis of the neurotransimitter acetylcholine, and butyrylcholinesterase (BChE) of unknown function.
