The research aims: to build a measure of the cognitive competence of coaches from the point of view of players of Iraqi Premier League volleyball clubs and extract scores and standard levels for it. Most important findings of the study is the need to grant personal and family exemptions that differ according to the civil status of the taxpayer (single or married).
