The present study investigated the total content of phenolic compounds, antioxidant and antimicrobial activities of water extracts oat (Avena sativa) and basil (Ocimum basilicum), medicinal plants. Biochemical activities, including antibacterial activity, antioxidant, and antihemolytic activity, were investigated.
