Presence and non-existence in Arabic ontological discourse are contemporary Pragmatic reading

Mental systems in ontological discourse turned into deliberative systems, derived from the non-coordinated thought that motivated ontological discourse, as an incomplete thought, after it became close to reason; Between creation and prevention, between reasoning and creation, between submission and ambition, the result of an interconnected entity that slays one another from one another, and intersects with one another, to produce a special pattern each time, completely different from its predecessor or to provide a path for the coordination of others, which is outside the linguistic event, or part From it, signs and marks, produced to a large extent M., and united the signs; to return again in a circular and rotational movement to produce it again from its linguistic surplus resulting from the transfer of the signified to be achieved in the function sometimes, or from the relationship between the signifier and the signified at another time, with this huge amount of existing assumptions sometimes and non-existent, but it is in all Once you make the speaker present at this linguistic event.

A comparative study of the role of monetary policies in achieving economic growth in some oil and non-oil countries during the period 1990-2017
...Show More Authors

The research problem was to identify the impact of monetary policies on economic growth in the oil and non-oil countries. The researcher chose the Republic of Iraq as an example for the oil countries and the Arab Republic of Egypt as an example for the non-oil countries to hold a comparison on the impact of monetary policies.

The research found that the monetary policies and their tools in the Iraqi economy affect the rate of GDP growth by 73%, which shows the strong impact of monetary policies on the economic growth in the Iraqi economy as an example of an oil state. GDP growth rate of 61%, indicating the impact of monetary policies on economic growth in the

Comprehensive Processing for Arabic Texts to Extract Their Roots
...Show More Authors

Arabic language is a highly inflectional language where a single word can have different forms using a single root with different interpretations. Arabic does not have a standard way to find roots, the reasons for having inflectional language: suffix, prefix and infix Vowels, which built in complex processes. That is why, words require good processing for information retrieval solutions, until now, and there has been no standard approach to attaining the fully proper root. The applications on Arabic words show around 99% are derived from a combination of bilateral, Trilateral and quad lateral roots.
Processing word- stemming levels in order to extract a root is the process of removing all additional affixes. In case the process of mat

Fast approach for arabic text encryption using genetic algorithm
...Show More Authors

As s widely use of exchanging private information in various communication applications, the issue to secure it became top urgent. In this research, a new approach to encrypt text message based on genetic algorithm operators has been proposed. The proposed approach follows a new algorithm of generating 8 bit chromosome to encrypt plain text after selecting randomly crossover point. The resulted child code is flipped by one bit using mutation operation. Two simulations are conducted to evaluate the performance of the proposed approach including execution time of encryption/decryption and throughput computations. Simulations results prove the robustness of the proposed approach to produce better performance for all evaluation metrics with res

SPEECH RECOGNITION OF ARABIC WORDS USING ARTIFICIAL NEURAL NETWORKS
...Show More Authors

The speech recognition system has been widely used by many researchers using different
methods to fulfill a fast and accurate system. Speech signal recognition is a typical
classification problem, which generally includes two main parts: feature extraction and
classification. In this paper, a new approach to achieve speech recognition task is proposed by
using transformation techniques for feature extraction methods; namely, slantlet transform
(SLT), discrete wavelet transforms (DWT) type Daubechies Db1 and Db4. Furthermore, a
modified artificial neural network (ANN) with dynamic time warping (DTW) algorithm is
developed to train a speech recognition system to be used for classification and recognition
purposes. T

...Show More Authors

Gum Arabic is a natural gummy exudate gained from the trees of Acacia species (Acacia senegal and Acacia seyal), Family: Fabaceae. Gum Arabic considers as a dietary fiber with a high percentage of carbohydrates and low protein content. Sugars arabinose and ribose were originally discovered and isolated from gum Arabic and it is representing the original source of these sugars. A gum emanation from trees occurs under stress conditions such as heat, poor soil fertility, drought, and injury. Mainly gum is produced in belt region of Africa, mainly Sudan, Chad, and Nigeria. In the food industry, it is used in confectionery; in the pharmaceutical industry, it is used as emulsifier, film coating and others. Traditionally the g
