Despite scholars’ attention on the typology of modality as a linguistic phenomenon, yet the use of modality across varieties of English is not well visible in communication-based researches that take semantics, pragmatics and discourse issues as the objects for their investigation. This research sheds the light on a number of contemporary issues concerning collecting and disbursing Zakat and Alms in mosques, as the issue of selling some endowments in kind through auction and allocate their proceeds in favor of the mosque has been discussed. Moreover, the issues of collecting Alms during Friday(Jumu 'ah prayer) sermon (Khutbah), allocating an amount of the Alms for the mosque where they have been collected and building a mosque outside Islam territories from Zakat funds have also been discussed.

The current research aims to analyze the content and and make a comparison based on the theory of art education as an organized cognitive area D.B.A.E. Phonological metathesis can be defined as an alternation in the normal sequence of two sounds under certain conditions. The present paper is intended to give a detailed synchronic description of phonological metathesis in Iraqi Arabic dialect. For data collection, the researchers have adopted two naturalistic techniques, viz., observation and notes taking. A synchronic analysis is carried out to provide some evidence that describe the sequential change of phonological metathesis in the dialect under investigation. Such sequential changes of metathesized sounds are presented and tabulated.
