Research Summary

No researcher in the field of Sharia studies in general and jurisprudence in particular, whatever enjoyment of abilities, can in no way dispense with the jurisprudence of the esteemed Companions, who have been the brightest of their sayings. There are a lot of boys, and I did not stand on the one issue except that it had one opinion, that is, it had no more than one opinion in the one jurisprudential issue. Fourth requirement: her Islam.
Fifth requirement: Her marriage to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.

The seventh requirement: the occasion of the descent of any choice.
The eighth requirement: mention of the collection of the Qur’an.
The ninth requirement: his wives, peace be upon him.
The tenth requirement: her narration
The eleventh requirement: the praise of the scholars and Gabriel
The second topic: It includes the opinion of Mrs. Hafsa with a comparative study with other schools of thought divided into issues, as follows:
The first issue: middle prayer.
The second issue: the rule of prayer.
The third issue: The obligatory fasting is not valid unless the intention is overnight.
The fourth issue: the ruling on the kiss.
Fifth issue: mourning - mourning the wife to the deceased husband.
Sixth issue: The guardian stipulates that the marriage contract is valid.
The seventh issue: the limit of forbidden breastfeeding.
The eighth issue: the limit of the magician.
The ninth issue: How much a man to miss his wife.
The tenth issue: The condition of the endower to eat his family from the endowment
And what is the success and the sit-in except from him?
