Research Summary

No researcher in the field of Sharia studies in general and jurisprudence in particular, whatever enjoyment of abilities, can in no way dispense with the jurisprudence of the esteemed Companions, who have been the brightest of their sayings. This is because they teach people what is permissible and forbidden.

There are a lot of boys, and I did not stand on the one issue except that it had one opinion, that is, it had no more than one opinion in the one jurisprudential issue. So my humble research plan required that the research methodology be composed of one chapter that includes two topics, the first topic is loaded on the life of Mrs. Umm Al-Mu'mineen Hafsa bint Omar bin Al-Khattab, may God be pleased with them, and contains:
The first requirement: her name.
The second requirement: her birth.
The second requirement: her family.
Fourth requirement: her Islam.
Fifth requirement: Her marriage to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.
The sixth requirement: Her divorce from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.
The seventh requirement: the occasion of the descent of any choice.
The eighth requirement: mention of the collection of the Qur’an.
The ninth requirement: his wives, peace be upon him.
The tenth requirement: her narration
The eleventh requirement: the praise of the scholars and Gabriel
The second topic: It includes the opinion of Mrs. Hafsa with a comparative study with other schools of thought divided into issues, as follows:
The first issue: middle prayer.
The second issue: the rule of prayer.
The third issue: The obligatory fasting is not valid unless the intention is overnight.
The fourth issue: the ruling on the kiss.
Fifth issue: mourning - mourning the wife to the deceased husband.
Sixth issue: The guardian stipulates that the marriage contract is valid.
The seventh issue: the limit of forbidden breastfeeding.
The eighth issue: the limit of the magician.
The ninth issue: How much a man to miss his wife.
The tenth issue: The condition of the endower to eat his family from the endowment
And what is the success and the sit-in except from him?
The current research aims to recognize the exploratory and confirmatory factorial structure of the test-wiseness scale on a sample of Hama University students, using the descriptive method. This study has aimed to measure the relationship between the skills required for the labor market and the employment of graduates of community colleges at King Khalid University. For gathering the required data, a questionnaire has been designed and distributed to the faculty members of community colleges at King Khalid University in a random sample method. The necessary optimality conditions with Lagrange multipliers are studied and derived for a new class that includes the system of Caputo–Katugampola fractional derivatives to the optimal control problems with considering the end time free. The formula for the integral by parts has been proven for the left Caputo–Katugampola fractional derivative that contributes to the finding and deriving the necessary optimality conditions. Also, three special cases are obtained, including the study of the necessary optimality conditions when both the final time and the final state are fixed.
