Research Summary
Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the most honorable of the prophets and messengers, our master Muhammad, and on the good God and his righteous companions.
For the most truthful hadith is the Book of God Almighty, and the best guidance is the guidance of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. If any)). Our good predecessor took care of collecting what they were able to collect and arrange from the words of the prophecy issued by our master Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, and wrote works on them including forms of support, parts, dictionaries, and mosques. About me, if any, in order to revive his bright white year, which is night as its day, follow his trail, and follow his right path, and approach his path, and to enter into his saying, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him (“Whoever wants God with good will understand him in religion)”. For the sake of all this, I loved to delve into the jurisprudence of the Mother of the Believers, the wife of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him.
No researcher in the field of Sharia studies in general and jurisprudence in particular, whatever enjoyment of abilities, can in no way dispense with the jurisprudence of the esteemed Companions, who have been the brightest of their sayings. This is because they teach people what is permissible and forbidden.
And the mother of the believers, Mrs. Hafsah bint Umar, may God be pleased with them, was not among the class
There are a lot of boys, and I did not stand on the one issue except that it had one opinion, that is, it had no more than one opinion in the one jurisprudential issue. I did a wide inventory, and I only stood on a few issues in which she expressed her opinion, but most of the monuments indicate that it was a narration of the impact that I heard or witnessed it from the presence of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, unlike Mrs. Aisha, the husband of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, because she was one of the most frequent of the boys. That’s why Mrs. Aisha was an indispensable reference after the death of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.
So my humble research plan required that the research methodology be composed of one chapter that includes two topics, the first topic is loaded on the life of Mrs. Umm Al-Mu'mineen Hafsa bint Omar bin Al-Khattab, may God be pleased with them, and contains:
The first requirement: her name.
The second requirement: her birth.
The second requirement: her family.
Fourth requirement: her Islam.
Fifth requirement: Her marriage to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.
The sixth requirement: Her divorce from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.
The seventh requirement: the occasion of the descent of any choice.
The eighth requirement: mention of the collection of the Qur’an.
The ninth requirement: his wives, peace be upon him.
The tenth requirement: her narration
The eleventh requirement: the praise of the scholars and Gabriel
The second topic: It includes the opinion of Mrs. Hafsa with a comparative study with other schools of thought divided into issues, as follows:
The first issue: middle prayer.
The second issue: the rule of prayer.
The third issue: The obligatory fasting is not valid unless the intention is overnight.
The fourth issue: the ruling on the kiss.
Fifth issue: mourning - mourning the wife to the deceased husband.
Sixth issue: The guardian stipulates that the marriage contract is valid.
The seventh issue: the limit of forbidden breastfeeding.
The eighth issue: the limit of the magician.
The ninth issue: How much a man to miss his wife.
The tenth issue: The condition of the endower to eat his family from the endowment
And what is the success and the sit-in except from him?
The research aims to answer the questions that revolve in the mind of mankind about how to create creation, how it existed prior to creation, who created existence, and the characteristics of that presence. The researcher also wanted to show that the culture of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) In the book of Adam, peace be upon him, God has punished Adam (peace be upon him) for not having sinned. The foreguts of a total of 515 fish of Chondrostoma regium (Heckel, 1843) (locally: Bala’aot Malloky) were studied. These fish were collected from Tigris River at Salah Al-Deen Province (between Al-Hagag & Yathrib) for 20 months between March and October of the next year. Detritus, plant in origin materials (19.6%, 23.0% & 24.9%); green and blue green algae, mostly Cladophora, Cosmarium and Merismpedia sp. (17.1%, 12.9% & 12.2%) and diatoms, mostly Diatoma, Chanathes, Amphora and Cyulbella sp. (16.9%, 8.8% & 8.2%) were the main food categories taken by these fishes according to occurrence (O%), volumetric methods (V%) and ranking index (R%). Adsorption techniques are widely used to remove organics pollutants from waste water particularly, when using low cost adsorbent available in Iraq. Al-Khriet powder which was found in legs of Typha Domingensis is used as bio sorbent for removing phenolic compounds from aqueous solution. The influence of adsorbent dosage and contact time on removal percentage and adsorb ate amount of phenol and 4- nitro phenol onto Al-Khriet were studied. The highest adsorption capacity was for 4-nitrophenol 91.5% than for phenol 82% with 50 mg/L concentration, 0.5 gm. dosage of adsorbent and pH 6 under a batch condition. This letter dealt with one of the most prominent verbal and contractual issues, which are the similarities of the legal texts, or the so-called news features. The scholars differed as to their interpretation. Most of the verbal schools went on to interpret these texts in a valid interpretation according to the data of the Arabic language, in order to preserve them from the divine self's pronouncement of similar creatures, while we find that the ancestors kept it on its surface with delegating its meanings to God Almighty. This is what Burhan al-Din al-Kurani suggested in this letter, declaring his total rejection of interpretation.
