Research objective: This research aims to unveil how to use the method of referral in understanding the Holy Quran.
The reason for choosing the research: The one that invited me to write on this topic is the importance of the referral method, so I liked the research in it, and unveiled this wonderful Qur’anic method, so that it helps to understand the intention of God Almighty in his dear book.
The research plan: The research was divided into three topics and a conclusion.
As for the first topic, it is divided into two requirements. The first requirement deals with the definition of referral language.
In the second requirement, the referral defined convention.
As for the second topic, it deals with the types of referral, and it is divided into two requirements. The first requirement is external referral (maqam). The second requirement is internal (textual) referral.
As for the third topic, it deals with examples of referral from the Holy Qur’an, Surat Al-Anam as a model, and it is divided into two requirements, the first requirement is the definition of Surat Al-Anam. And the second requirement, in which some applications of the referral method are mentioned in Surat Al-Anam.
The research aims to identify the importance of using the style of the cost on the basis of activity -oriented in time TDABC and its role in determining the cost of products more equitably and thus its impact on the policy of allocation of resources through the reverse of the changes that occur on an ongoing basis in the specification of the products and thus the change in the nature and type of operations . There is a scarcity of data regarding algal flora of Tigris River in the territory of Baghdad. The present study deals with Tigris River in Al-Dora site in Baghdad province from November 2014 to June 2015 in order to shed light on its epiphytic Algae on (Phragmites australis) and epipelic algae. An amount of 183 and 154 species of epiphytic and epipelic algae are identified respectfully. The Bacillariophyceae (diatoms) are the dominant algal group followed by Cyanophyceae and Chlorophyceae. Moreover, 90 species are shared between two groups of algae (epiphytic and epipelic) and identified at the study site. This study aims to establish an empirical correlation between biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5) and chemical oxygen demand (COD) of the sewage flowing in Al-Diwaniyah wastewater treatment plant. The strength of the wastewater entering the plant varied from medium to high. High concentrations of BOD5 and COD in the effluent were obtained due to the poor performance of the plant. This was observed from the BOD5 /COD ratios that did not confirm with the typical ratios for the treated sewage. In the present study ten samples of bottled water from Baghdad conservative were taken to measure the concentration of radon gas by using nuclear track detector LR-115.The result obtained are varying from(0.033)to(0.007)pCi.l-1and these values are very low than the allowed limits (5) pCi.l-1, and specific activity from bottled water has been calculated which was vary from (0.00027)to(0.00126) Bq.l-1 and these values are very low than allowed limits (0.0123) Bq.l-1 that mean the bottled water was treated with good treatment to decrease the side effect of radon

This study aimed for isolation and identification of Candida glabrata and identifying some virulence factors. The distribution of patients with candidemia thrush showed that the age group 50-65 years old recorded the highest incidence of candidiasis in female and male with leukemia by 50% and 37.9 % respectively compared to the lowest incidence of candidiasis in the age group under 17 years old in female and male 8.8% and 13.5%, respectively.
