Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and peace and blessings be upon our master Muhammad, and upon his whole family and companions, but after: God Almighty has instituted types of acts of worship and classes of obedience that, if performed by the servant, would link him with his Creator and connect with his Lord. And for the sake of these worship, and the greatest of them: the worship of i'tikaaf, for souls need rest and recuperation from the struggle of life and its concerns, concerns and anguish, and people differ in their attitudes and interests in the means of recreation, and many people consider the outing and travel the best way in which they breathe from their toil and toil, and reclaim their strength and the advised adult He finds that the best way for him to relax and live in peace with her calm and reassuring is the remembrance of God Almighty: لا Do not the remembrance of God rest assured of hearts (). And his complete happiness is to take refuge in the homes of God and its neighborhoods through prayer, remembrance and retreat. In the vastness of God’s homes, the believer takes pleasure in unparalleled enjoyment, goes to an unparalleled comfort, and emerges from his distress unscathed with contentment and surrender, and discloses that infallible: A group weakens his prayer in his home, and in his market twenty-five degrees, because if he performs ablution
He did good ablution, then he went out to the prayer, and he does not take it out except the prayer. Prayer)( ) . In the confines of prayer, a person harms himself to a strong corner, wielding him from error, and helps him with the misfortunes of eternity, and guides him to the right path: O those who believe, seek patience and pray, for God is with those who are patient ()). And if walking to prayer and waiting for prayer raises one to high positions and high levels, then staying in mosques and observing there days and nights rises to the servant to the point of peasantry, the Prophet says : (And whoever observes a day seeking the face of God, God makes between him and the fire three trenches, each trench Beyond the beater) (). I'tikaaf and the need for obedience to the mosques are one of the closest angels who do not deflect from the worship of God, and the one who remembers his remembrance of God is close to his master, and he is happy and happy. For the sake of all this, this humble research, marked with (Explanation of the Book of I'tikaaf from the Orphaned Dura System) came to the scholar Imam al-Sarasri al-Hanbali, may God Almighty have mercy on him, and the reason for choosing this system is due to two things:
1- The ease of preserving the system for the seeker of Islamic knowledge.
2- The great status of the author, may God have mercy on him, among Hanbalis and among Muslim scholars in general.
This system has been printed recently, and through my extensive search for explanations for it, I did not stand for an explanation of it, so I liked that my explanation of the book on i'tikaaf should be the beginning of an explanation of this great, great destiny revealed .. And the last of our prayers is that praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds.
Seventy of Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates had been collected from some Hospitals in Baghdad city from October to December 2017. The 70 isolates were taken from diverse clinical specimens. All K. pneumoniae isolates were identified based on API 20 E and Vitek2 compact system. Antibiotics sensitivity test was carried out toward 10 antibiotics using discs diffusion method. The level of antibiotics resistance was 81.42% for Ceftriaxone, whereas the low level of antibiotics resistance was 37.14% for Piperacillin. This study aimed to extraction of essential oil from peppermint leaves by using hydro distillation methods. In the peppermint oil extraction with hydro distillation method is studied the effect of the extraction temperature to the yield of peppermint oil. Besides it also studied the kinetics during the extraction process. Then, 2nd -order mechanism was adopted in the model of hydro distillation for estimation many parameters such as the initial extraction rate, capacity of extraction and the constant rat of extraction with various temperature. The same model was also used to estimate the activation energy. The results showed a spontaneous process, since the Gibbs free energy had a value negative sign.

The present study aimed to the isolation and identification of Penicillium chrysogenum from subclinical bovine mastitis as well as the evaluation of their potential to produce the main virulence factors by assessing proteinase production, urease production, growth rate at 37 ̊C, and hemolytic activity on Blood agar. One hundred milk samples were assembled from the White Gold village and surrounded outlying farms of Abu-Ghraib, Baghdad province, during the period from November 2018 to March 2019. Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) of Campylobacter coli was extracted by using
digestive enzyme and hot phenol method. The effect of LPS on lymphocyte
transform was studies by lymphocyte transformation index for twenty blood samples
were collected from apparently healthy control.
The results were showed significant differences (P< 0.05) between samples which
treatrd with phytohemagglutnin PHA (66.1 ± 0.6) and the samples which treated
with LPS of C. coli (74.2 ± 0.8) when compared with control, this lead to suggest
that the LPS extracted from C. coli may play a role as a mitogen to transformed
lymphocytes.
The neutron flux in this paper, which is generated as a result of γ incineration of the radioactive fisssion products isotopes has been evaluated .It is obvious from this paper that the neutron flux value depends on the number of incineration nuclei and the nuclear cross-section of the incinerated isotopes, and the neutron flux is directly dependent on γ-ray flux. The neutron flux increases from 1010to 1017n/s.gm as the irradiation flux increases from 1016to 1020 γ/cm2.s. It is concluded that the γ-incineration technique can be used to produce a switchable neutron source of high flux.

A series of adsorption laboratory experiments were conducted to study the sorption efficiency of bentonite in removal Cd from aqueous solutions. The bentonite was found to be a good receptive to the adsorption of Cd under specific laboratory conditions. The sorption capacity for Cd onto bentonite was investigated through the variation in pH and initial Cd2+ concentration. The sorption efficiency onto bentonite was examined as a function of pH, initial ion concentration, equilibrium reaction time and solid mass/ liquid volume ratio.
