Abstract
This study has come to indicate the doctrinal purposes of faith in this path، It was composed of an introduction and four demands، as follows:
The first requirement: the intentions of distinguishing between the ranks of people according to divine justice، as those who pass by him are different. Some of them are safe by his work، surviving from the fire، and some of them are not peace، he falls into the fire of Hell، and all of them are different in their ranks in a manner consistent with the justice of God Almighty and the works they have given themselves.
The second requirement: the purposes of divine mercy in honoring the Prophet and his nation on the path and embodying their integrity; As he and his nation will be the first to walk him with the mercy and grace of God Almighty، The embodiment of moderation of creation on the road right.
Third requirement: The purposes of educating believers in favor of deeds in worldly lifek Which would breathe or reduce these hardships and anguish of the horrors carried out by the same good.

The current study is aimed to identify personality types of the lecturers of Baghdad University as well as identify the prevailing types among the lecturers. In addition, the study aimed to identify the significant difference among personality types (The Enneagram) according to the variables of academic title and scientific major . One hundred and ninety four lecturers were involved in this study. In order to achieve the study's aims, the scale of (Baron& Wagele 1994) was used to measure the nine personality types (The Enneagram) that was translated by( Anwar Omar Ibrahim 2012). Objectives: this study aims to: (1). Assess self-esteem level and academic achievement for students of nursing colleges in southern Iraq. (2). Determine the relationship between levels of self-esteem and academic achievement of the student in the first semester. (3). Identify differences of self-esteem with gender and different age groups.
Methodology: a sample of (426 students) was purposively selected then collected by using a questionnaire which consisted of: I- Sociodemographic characteristics for assessing some important aspects of students, II- Rosenberg's Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) III- Iraq Grading Scale for assessing student achievement.
