The political struggle being waged by Muslims today is one of the most important issues that have preoccupied the Arab and international media, and the failures that have afflicted Muslims in our contemporary world have negatively affected the younger generations and led them, and with the influence of anti-Islam media, to rely on accusing Islam as a religion with all the negative in Islamic and Arab society . So secularism took its role in spreading these concepts by deviating from its course from the concept of science to the concept of (the religion).
From here the calls for reform rose to return the Muslims to the incubator of Islam, so people turned around them, but they turned into competing Islamic political parties that did not achieve the aspirations of the peoples, so political Islam became a charge, and in this brief research I showed the meaning of political Islam and the meaning of this term, and the meaning of political freedom within a concept These calls, and I mentioned the opinion of Islamic thinkers on politics and the role of educators in guiding youth, so I divided the research into three topics:
The first topic is on the meaning of political Islam and political freedom, the second topic is the position of Islamists on governance and power, the third topic is the position of Islamic thinkers on political violence, then the conclusion.
The research aims at identifying the organizational performance of the kindergarten teachers and defines the educational environment of kindergarten children. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher adopted the organizational performance scale for (Saadi, 2016), which was applied to kindergarten teachers. The scale consists of (43) paragraphs, and has good reliability and validity, as the coefficient of reliability (84.0) in a retest method, and (87.0) using the formula Alpha Kronbach. That is the internal marketing in the commercial banks and its relationship with the quality services offered to satisfy customers needs and wishes in order to reach he ultimate objectives of those banks.
