God Almighty set out to build mosques, and he commanded to seek their architecture, and the competition for them, and allocate them with types of worship that are not valid in others, and to preserve their sanctity and not to be degraded and taken for mundane purposes and special benefits, because they are considered one of the most prominent features of Islam and the rituals of Islamic society, so this research came to show the rule Sharia in various and contemporary issues that are needed by the imams of the mosques, their rulers, and those responsible for them. Among the issues in which they have examined comparative juristic research and reached the most correct opinion are:
Building mosques over or under buildings and factories is an urgent matter that is needed and it is due to the rules of interests and spoils, and confusion, raising the voice, chanting misguided and so on from worldly purposes is prohibited by law, and it is permissible to sleep in the mosque for a traveler or forced to not take it normally, as it is not permissible Insulting the sanctity of the mosque by taking it as a factory, laboratory, or store, as well as not permitting the mosque to take a path as a matter of habit, and using the mosque's loudspeakers for a special interest is prohibited from it, and it is permissible for what is in need of emergency for the needy, needy, or order of public benefit.
And it is not permissible to use the mosque’s water and its electricity for a private interest without the prior permission of the person in charge of the mosque or who is in charge of it and that the origin in the contents of the mosque and its endowment things is also permissible to eat and drink in the mosque with specific controls and that the permissibility of a marriage contract in the mosque to obtain the blessing of the place is a legitimate matter.
Then the basic principle in planting trees in the mosque is the prohibition, and if it is found, its fruit will be eaten in exchange for compensation, which will be spent on the interests of the mosque, and in another form it is permissible to eat without compensation
It is permissible to sing and praise in the mosque, which includes judgment, preaching, and an invitation for good and right, with conditions and controls, as well as sports and games, taking into account the sanctity of the mosque and its cleanliness and the limits of need, and that praying for the dead in the mosque is that the security of its pollution is permissible according to Islamic law, and seeking religious and secular knowledge in the mosque is a legitimate matter and its controls , God and the Pacific to either way.
Sheets of Epoxy (EP) resin with addition of TiO2 of grain size (1.5μm, and 50nm) and weight percentage (1%, 3%, and 5%) were prepared. Discs of 20mm diameter and 3mm thickness were cut for dielectric measurements. Dielectric properties (dielectric constant, dispassion factor and electrical conductivity) over the frequency range 102 -106 Hz were measured.
Comparison was made between the effect of micro and nano particles of TiO2 on the dielectric properties of EP composites with different weight percentage. Epoxy composites with micro sized particles of TiO2 were observed to have the better values of dielectric properties.

The paper discusses the lack of a uniform definition of politeness due to the constant tension between its universality and language specificity, and argues that some of the theoretical debate could be resolved if the distinction between politeness as a commonsense notion and politeness as a theoretical construct were clearly addressed and acknowledged in the research.
Investigation of the adsorption of acid fuchsin dye (AFD) on Zeolite 5A is carried out using batch scale experiments according to statistical design. Adsorption isotherms, kinetics and thermodynamics were demonstrated. Results showed that the maximum removal efficiency was using zeolite at a temperature of 93.68751 mg/g. Experimental data was found to fit the Langmuir isotherm and pseudo second order kinetics with maximum removal of about 95%. Thermodynamic analysis showed an endothermic adsorption. Optimization was made for the most affecting operating variables and a model equation for the predicted efficiency was suggested.
Zinc Oxide is an indispensable substance in the field of dental treatment. It is used daily and intensively in all governmental and private dental clinics, leading to the disposal of very high concentrations of zinc with waste and eventually in landfill sites as a final destination for solid waste removal. Extensive evaluation of 76 women with polycystic ovary syndrome compared with 25 fertile women as control group was achieved by routine investigations and hormonal study of each female which were done in one period during the menstrual cycle. In the present study, semi – batch experiments were conducted to investigate the efficiency of ozone microbubbles (OMBs) in the treatment of aqueous dye solutions methylene orange under different reaction conditions such as effect of initial solution pH , ozone generation rate and initial MO-concentration. The results showed that the removal of MO by OMBs were very high at the acidic and alkaline media and upon increasing the generation rate of ozone from 0.498 to 0.83 mg/s, the removal efficiency dramatically increased from 75to 100% within 15 min.
