The Arab literature in Andalusia was distinguished by its special nature, in addition to the distinction of its influencing rhythm in our souls, it represents the natural extension of the Arab-Islamic civilization in Morocco, that civilization that collapsed with insecurity and stability and the exit of Muslim Arabs from those countries and the defeat of Muslims, their civilization has ceased, and only remains of them witnessing For its leaders in a safe and stable life, but literature in Andalusia underwent many experiences that express the lives of Arab Muslims there, especially what distinguished the Andalusian Muslims from their many battles and conquests, but they did not suffer as their support during the fall of Andalusia and the end of Islam in it. Therefore, the image of Andalusia has been distinguished in our minds by virtue of being lost and bleeding wound, and this effect has many reasons that may be internal or external, which contributed to this painful tragedy that extinguished the beacon of Islam from Andalusia after its nearly eight centuries.
The aim of the current research is to identify the level of organizational culture among the headmasters and teachers of intermediate and secondary schools in Arar city. It also aims to identify the effect of job variables, qualifications, educational stage, and years of experience on the level of organizational culture and its domains. The study aimed to identify career engagement among school principals, the researcher used descriptive approach and reached the study sample (230) school, principals. The researcher instruments used: career engagement, has been checked and face validity, and construction and consistency of the instruments using internal consistency Cronbach's alpha The study came to the following findings: - The degree of career engagement among school principals was (29.0200) this refers to a higher level, compared with the theoretical average of (27) and the study showed that the results showed no significant statistical differences between school principals in the level of career engagement due to the variable sex.
This study was designed to monitor the ambient air pollution in several sites within Baghdad City of Iraq. The readings started from May 2016 to April 2017. The highest concentration of sulfur dioxide (SO2) was 2.28 ppmm-3 while nitrogen dioxide (NO2) was 3.68 ppmm-3 and suspended particulate matter was 585.1 ?gm-3. This study also included estimating the value of the air pollution tolerance index (APTI) for four plant's species Olea europaea L., Ziziphus spina-Christi (L.) Desf, Albizia lebbeck(L.)
