The Arab literature in Andalusia was distinguished by its special nature, in addition to the distinction of its influencing rhythm in our souls, it represents the natural extension of the Arab-Islamic civilization in Morocco, that civilization that collapsed with insecurity and stability and the exit of Muslim Arabs from those countries and the defeat of Muslims, their civilization has ceased, and only remains of them witnessing For its leaders in a safe and stable life, but literature in Andalusia underwent many experiences that express the lives of Arab Muslims there, especially what distinguished the Andalusian Muslims from their many battles and conquests, but they did not suffer as their support during the fall of Andalusia and the end of Islam in it. Therefore, the image of Andalusia has been distinguished in our minds by virtue of being lost and bleeding wound, and this effect has many reasons that may be internal or external, which contributed to this painful tragedy that extinguished the beacon of Islam from Andalusia after its nearly eight centuries.
The alfalfa plant, after harvesting, was washed, dried, and grinded to get fine powder used in water treatment. We used the alfalfa plant with ethanol to make the alcoholic extract characterized by using (GC-Mass, FTIR, and UV) spectroscopy to determine active compounds. Alcoholic extract was used to prepare zinc nanoparticles. We characterized Zinc nanoparticles using (FTIR, UV, SEM, EDX Zeta potential, XRD, AFM). Zinc nanoparticle with Alfalfa extract and alfalfa powder were used in the treatment of water polluted with inorganic elements such as Cr, Mn, Fe, Cu, Cd, Ag by (Batch processing). This research aims to identify the factors effecting the investigation of insurance fraud from the perspective of the National Insurance Company employees, by analyzing the study variables and make recommendations on how to enhance the company and employees performance, and to achieve the objectives of the study and test hypotheses a questionnaire was designed after referring to the international standards and the 1969 Iraqi punishment law, and it was answered by 20 employees that were approved for the purposes of this research and analysis.
The study found that lack of employee training was a strong factor, while the supervisory staff and operational procedures was a weak one.
