In our research, we will try, God willing, to study the phenomenon of religious extremism with its comprehensive dimensions, the position of Islam on it through the verses and hadiths discussed by it, and the diagnosis of the reasons for its emergence and emergence, because if we learn the reasons for its emergence it is easy for us to develop appropriate solutions to this serious disease of extremism. I also showed in the research the relationship between extremism and the following terms: hyperbole, terrorism, violence, stress, excess, and we shed light in the search for the characteristics of religious extremism and its manifestations and negative effects on peaceful coexistence and the historical roots of religious extremism, as well as showing the characteristics of religious extremists and the status The appropriate solutions to religious extremism in our society.
The current study included the isolation, purification and cultivation of blue-green alga Oscillatoria pseudogeminata G.Schmidle from soil using the BG-11liquid culture medium for 60 days of cultivation. The growth constant (k) and generation time (G) were measured which (K=0.144) and (G=2.09 days).
Microcystins were purified and determined qualitatively and quantitatively from this alga by using the technique of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa Kits). The aim of this investigation was to study the impact of various reaction parameters on wastewater taken from Al-Wathba water treatment plant on Tigris River in south of Baghdad, Iraq with sodium hypochlorite solution.
